Frame studio

The frame making and restoration facility that we have is unique.

With our onsite joinery workshop we are able to match or make any shape of moulding section outside of our stock range usually at short notice.

The framing studio has staff that are able to decorate and finish to any period style that is required. This includes the piercing and sweeping of plaster frames to the copying of other period decoration.

The range and type of finishes is unique to every order but we have established some standard frames and finishes illustrated under the following titles.

The restoration of traditional frames is a substantial part of our work covering the stabilization of loose plaster decoration to the extensive restoration of heavily damaged frames.
